Come and join us at Wimbleball Lake on 14 August for a day full of fun, educational activities.
Ever wondered how all 21,320 megalitres of Wimbleball’s water supports a huge range of habitats, wildlife and makes it way to homes for people to use too?
Join our Environment Rangers for a fun-filled family day of watery activities learning more about the history of the largest operating reservoir on Exmoor, have a go at building your very own dam or wildlife den and making your own water filters!
There is something for everyone with opportunities to take part in woodwork, environmental art and outdoor cooking.
£3 per child & £2 per adult – all proceeds go towards protecting and enhancing the South West’s reservoirs and lakes.
Please bring waterproof clothing and sturdy shoes.
Pre-booking highly advised below.
Two sessions are available: 10.00 – 12.30 and 13.00 – 15.30
