Moor and Sea is set between Exmoor and the North Devon Coast and has eight beautifully furnished stone lodges with lovely south facing views towards Exmoor.

Situated near the lovely towns of Lynton and Lynmouth and within easy reach of Exmoor National Park, the southwest coastal path, stunning beaches and temperate rainforest, Moor and Sea is the perfect base from which to explore this unspoiled part of the world.

We have lovely landscaped gardens and two fields with mown paths and spaces to play, picnic or even do some early morning yoga.  We have planted to encourage wildlife, including wildflowers and fruit trees for the bees and birds.

Our accommodation…beautiful relaxing spaces, perfect for everything from romantic getaways to holidays with family or friends.

There are 6 one bedroom terrace lodges sleeping up to four with a sofa bed.  Three of these are dog friendly.  Each has its own private outside dining area with screening and lovely planting.  Inside there is an open plan living and dining area, with picture windows overlooking the gardens towards Exmoor.  To the rear there is a fully equipped kitchen.  The living area has a comfy double sofa bed and armchair and there are maps and games on the shelves.  A double bedroom provides a peaceful sanctuary with soft French linen bedding.

To the other end of the grounds lie our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached lodges, sleeping up to eight people.  Both have light and airy spacious living areas with picture windows and beautiful views over Exmoor.  French doors open onto their private dining terraces and informal seating areas with far reaching views over the moor.  Morning coffee as the sun rises, stargazing by your own fire bowl as the night draws in.  Inside, the open plan design incorporates a sitting and dining room with a cosy side snug.  The sitting room has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, and an armchair.  There is a lovely open plan kitchen to the rear with dishwasher and washing machine.  Each lodge has two double bedrooms and one twin, all have soft French linen bedding.  One bathroom with a shower over and one shower room, complete the lodges.

There is an art room ideal for rainy days and we run a selection of residential art courses from September to May.  We have a guest utility room with a lending library of books and indoor and outdoor games.

We have high speed Fibre broadband throughout and two EV chargers for the use of our guests.
