Woodland bird trail at Heddon Valley
10 Feb – 28 March, 9am – 5pm

Learn about the birds that call this valley home as you follow this free paperless trail along the river to Heddon’s Mouth.

This trail has some paths that may be uneven and muddy underfoot, but is suitable for buggies. Trampers (mobility scooters) available to hire from our visitor hub, please call 01598763402 to book.

Getting here by road: For larger vehicles please follow the A39, turning left onto the A399 at Blackmoor Gate then taking a right turn further up the road signposted Trentishoe or Heddon Valley. For smaller vehicles (who are comfortable with narrow country lanes), we recommend staying on the A39, turning left off the A39 after Parracombe, signposted Heddon Valley. From Minehead – turn right off the A39 after Woody Bay.
