Join us for this night run in Longrun Meadow and French Weir Park. There’s a choice of 5km or 10km routes and every participant will be rewarded with a medal.

Both the 5km and 10km routes use Longrun Meadow, Silk Mills and French Weir Park. Both routes differ from the local Parkrun route with the added buzz of running at night. The inaugural event in 2018 received fantastic feedback due to the flat traffic free course. This is a great introduction to running at night and for this reason the Moonlit Meadow Run will be the first event in the seven/eight event Dark Skies Series.

This event is family friendly. 8-16 year olds can run with a supervising adult (who keeps them in sight at all times) and 16-18 year olds can run solo with parent/guardian consent.

The event will take place on Saturday 29th October 2022 and will start from the COACH facility in French Weir Park.
