Brief details

Join our Walk Leader Steve Key for a 6 mile walk that takes you up to Chains Barrow then past Pinkery Pond to Wood Barrow before heading south along the Tarka Trail to Sloley Stone. From there we head northeast past Mole’s Chamber to the B3588 and the lay-by. Along the way you learn the history of this part of what was The Royal Forest of Exmoor. Bring a picnic!

Difficulty: Strenuous walk

Dogs: Welcome on a lead
