To celebrate the launch of our 2018 vintage Wellhayes Sparkling wine we welcome guests to try the wine together with a hog roast and a cream tea. The wine has a gentle mousse and light acidity with a fresh taste of strawberry and a hint of raspberry. It has been stored ‘on the lees’ for 2 years and is ready for drinking now but will improve over the next year or so.

Adult tickets include a glass of the 2018 Sparkling Wine, a hog roast lunch (vegetarian option available) and a traditional Devon cream tea. Child tickets substitute a glass of sparkling elderflower for the sparkling wine.
