Facing the West Somerset Railway station at Minehead come and visit Minehead Museum. View a full size Hobby Horse, a tradition lost in the mists of time that still lives on today. Find out more about Minehead’s lost pier, including a beautiful scale model and an original pier gate. Discover more about the internationally renown scientist and author, Arthur C. Clarke, view Punch & Judy puppets and learn more about seaside entertainment and local theatres.  The museum packs a lot into a small space with exhibits reflecting local businesses, maritime history, the development of the railway and Minehead at War.

Admission is free but donations are always welcome.
