Cosy Nook is a thatched grade 2 listed cottage on the southern edge of Exmoor. North Molton is on the river Mole and in easy reach of the A361 link road. There is a village shop/ PO/pub in the village with South Molton only 3 miles with shops and tea rooms.

The cottage consists of a lounge with inglenook, well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (1 king and 1 single) and shower room. There is a pretty small garden with seating. Parking is on the road outside the cottage.
