Submit your Accommodation Calendar

Appear on our Availability Search

Please note this is available for Visit Exmoor Gold members and above.

Would you like your accommodation to be seen by over 200,000 people each year? Let potential guests easily see when you have availability and make it simple for them to book. That’s exactly what the Visit Exmoor Availability Search does!

As a Gold Member or higher, you can add your live availability to the Visit Exmoor website. It syncs directly with your booking engine, so your calendar stays up to date automatically – and your property appears instantly in search results. It increases your visibility with people that want to stay.

How do you sign up?

First things first – this feature is only available to Visit Exmoor Gold Members and above. If you’re a Silver Member and would like to appear in the availability search – or just want to learn more about membership – we’ve popped a link at the bottom of this page.

If you’re already eligible, you can sign up by simply filling in the form below.

What’s an iCal?

If you use a booking engine, each of your properties will have an iCal link. This is a special web link that allows our system to connect with your booking engine and automatically keep your availability up to date – no manual updates needed.

Where you find your iCal links will depend on which booking engine you use. To help, we’ve added step-by-step guides for some of the major providers below. You’ll need to add a separate iCal link for each property you want listed – just pop them into the form below, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if I don’t have a booking engine?

No problem – we can still add your property manually.
However, you’ll need to keep your availability regularly updated yourself, as we won’t be able to sync it automatically.

If you don’t have an iCal link, just leave that part of the form blank – a member of our team will get in touch to help set you up.

If you’re struggling to find your iCal links, follow these instructions here.
