Beautifully renovated whilst retaining many original features, our cottages have exposed stone walls, oak beams, English oak flooring, granite worktops and limestone bathrooms.

All our cottages are accessed at the rear at first floor level into open plan living areas with well equipped kitchens and comfortable lounges. There are beautiful landscaped gardens and each cottage has its own outdoor space facing the stunning views, equipped with dining tables, BBQ’s and sun loungers. We also have a dedicated dog garden and three-acre field.

Nutcombe Cottage sleeps 4 in a king size room and twin room (can be Super-King). From the open plan living area there are French doors onto a raised deck, perfect for Alfresco breakfasts.
The bedrooms are downstairs with the shared shower room and both have French doors with access onto the South facing sun terrace and enclosed garden. Our best property for owners with pooches.

Nutcombe Barn sleeps up to six in two king size en-suites and one twin en-suite (can be Super-King). One of the king-size en-suites is on the first floor whilst the other two bedrooms are downstairs. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with walk in wardrobe and stunning shower room, whilst the twin room has an en-suite bathroom with full size bath with shower over. Both bedrooms have French doors onto the sun terrace with stunning views.

Cider house sleeps three to four in one king size en-suite and a single en-suite that can be set up as a small twin room. There is access onto an enclosed courtyard from the single room, again overlooking the view.

Elsley is situated just a three-minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants at Combe Martin and sleeps 6 in two king size rooms and a single/twin room with a shared bathroom and separate toilet. There are large enclosed gardens and plenty of parking. Sorry no dogs at this property.
