Wildlife of the Estuary, Marsh and Dunes Walk

Join John Breeds, who was the warden for the Braunton Burrows section of the UNESCO North Devon Biosphere Reserve for many years on this guided walk. In that time he became the local expert on wild flora and fauna. The North Devon Biosphere Reserve was the first of six to be designated in the UK. It is a world-class environment and can help people enjoy their local natural surroundings. With John’s unique knowledge, this makes for a fascinating walk around the heart of the biosphere reserve, giving you an insight into how it is the only reserve of its kind in the UK. You will hopefully see some unique and rare plants fresh from emerging in early Spring.
