In just a few hours find out how you could improve your visitor experience, at no cost, be the best and win Tourism Awards. Nell Barrington will also share information about the judging process and tips and useful advice for your 2017 entry.
Nicola Langridge, Marketing Manager, Camel Creek Adventure Park attended this workshop in Cornwall and said "We both found the workshop extremely informative and very helpful; potentially the most worthwhile two hours we have attended within the last year." Those that attend also have the added bonus of a 48 hour extension to get their entries in.
The workshop is free and a free lunch (yes there is such a thing) will be available from 1.30pm to allow time to chat with other likeminded tourism businesses before the interactive workshop which will start at 2pm. There will be ample time for questions during the session and afterwards, if you have individual specific questions about your entry. Please do feel free to bring your entry forms along if you want to, they can be downloaded from www.somersettourismawards.org.uk.
Hinkley Tourism Action Partnership is kindly funding these events and Robert Downes (West Somerset Council) and/or Vicky Banham (Sedgemoor District Council) will be on hand to give an update on the work of the Hinkley Tourism Action Partnership – visitor survey research, Wild West marketing campaigns and PR for 2017.
If you have any questions or dietary requirements please email Nell at firstname.lastname@example.org. Places are limited so please book your free ticket via the event brite link at the top of this email. Booking will close on Friday 16th June.
