Bridgwater and Taunton College – Apprenticeships

Bridgwater & Taunton College (BTC) is the region’s leading provider for technical and professional training, with the College being awarded Outstanding in Apprenticeships by Ofsted. BTC work in collaboration with many local and national employers, industry specialists, community organisations and awarding bodies to identify industry skills gaps and to train the next generation of professionals.

Our superb facilities include the Quantock Restaurant which, following a £1m refurbishment, comprises an outstanding training facility for the hospitality sector within a full-scale restaurant and commercial kitchen. Through its passion for excellence, BTC has established fantastic links with leading chefs regionally and nationally, resulting in prestigious industry placements for students at locations such as The Castle Hotel in Taunton, The Luttrell Arms in Dunster, The Hand & Flowers in Marlow and The Coach House at Kentisbury Grange.
