Plans are now finalised for the Exmoor Young Chef (12-17) showcase 2025. Take a look at the video above to give you an idea of the excitement of the Exmoor Young Chef showcase day in 2022. The showcase provides a great opportunity for young people to improve and practice their cookery skills and work with professional chefs.  This year we are also launching our Aspiring Chef (18-24) showcase for individuals already working in kitchens in the area to showcase their culinary talents.

These are both exciting training and upskilling opportunities in personal development in an industry that can provide a fast paced and rewarding career for those who have a passion for food and great service.  Past finalists have had some tremendous publicity, opportunities and the showcase has given guidance and direction on training, employment and showcasing skills.
