Visit Wellhayes Vineyard, see how they make quality sparkling wine on the edge of Exmoor and taste a glass of their 2014 Sparkling Wine.
Set in the rolling hills of mid Devon on the edge of Exmoor, Wellhayes Vineyard is a small, exclusive, family-run vineyard which produces quality sparkling wine on site from grapes grown solely in the vineyard. Visits to the vineyard take place by appointment on Wednesdays and Sundays at 3pm between May and September. They include a visit to the winery and the vineyard, and finish with a glass of the 2014 Wellhayes Sparkling Wine in the Tasting Room overlooking the vineyard. Traditional cream teas are also available as an optional extra, as is the opportunity of tasting the brandy Wellhayes Vineyard also produce, along with their liqueur chocolates and truffles.
Tours are only available by appointment and can be booked online at wellhayesvineyard.co.uk/visit-us/.
Parking is available on site and visitors are advised to wear stout shoes for the walk through the vineyard.
