Foxes Hotel is a very special place. Nestled between the hills of Exmoor and the sea we are delightfully situated on the seafront of the beautiful seaside town of Minehead. We are proud to be the UK’s only training hotel for young people with learning disabilities.
We are ideally situated to take advantage of many of the local attractions such as the West Somerset Railway. We are also conveniently located at the start of the South West Coast Path, 630 miles of stunning coastline which make up Britain’s longest national trail.
Our 15 unique boutique rooms offer twin, double and family accommodation, with many overlooking the stunning beach and vista of the Bristol Channel. All are en-suite and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.
Our kitchen is a bustling hive of activity, our style of cuisine is modern British twists on classic dishes with a focus on using fresh local produce. In addition, to the regular restaurant menu, the hotel also hosts themed events such as seafood nights, and meze style evenings.
We also offer delicious, homemade afternoon teas and snacks in our cosy bar area. During the Summer months you can sit in our delightful garden area, overlooking the sea.
As well as offering our heartfelt hospitality to our customers, we believe in changing lives and giving our students the skills, knowledge and confidence to successfully shape their own futures. Our mission is to equip young adults with learning disabilities to find sustainable employment in the hospitality sector and to live independently.
A stay at Foxes is a truly unique experience. A truly warm welcome awaits you from our staff and students who will ensure your holiday is relaxing and memorable.
