Dunster Yarn Market

See Dunster Yarn Market back in time being used for its original purpose

Built in 1609, Dunster Yarn Market provided covered space for the selling of the woollen products that had been the bedrock of the local economy since the 13th century.

Now being resurrected for its original purpose, come and see what our native Exmoor Horn sheep produce - knitting wool in lovely landscape colours, cushion covers, pullovers and socks. Shearing and spinning demonstrations throughout the day.

This event is brought to you by: Exmoor Horn Wool

Location: Dunster Yarn Market

No need to book - just turn up - open 10am to 4pm on Sunday 7 July and Sunday 4 August

Charge: Free
