Bulworthy Project Open Day

10 Years of the Bulworthy Project

We're going to celebrate 10 years of living in the woods by having an open day featuring some of the amazing people who have been part of making Bulworthy Project what it is today.

This will include:A medieval reenactment by Bowlore, a chainsaw carving exhibition and demonstration by Dan Cordell, a blacksmithing demonstration by Longdog Smithy, a pole lathe demonstration by Nick Dawe, a display by Blackdown Hills Hedge Association, a display by North Devon Permaculture, whittling and wood carving by Paul South, a bow making demonstration by Matthew Yung, HattieHat exhibiting her artwork, James Dyson demonstrating basket making, a display by Courage Copse Creatives, a display by Elder Farm, Old English goats shown by the Old English Goat Society.

Food and drink will be provided by the Bulworthy Project Barbecue Café using the finest locally produced ingredients. Sweet treats, alcoholic and soft drinks also available.

Exmoor and the Quantock Hills are great places to visit all year round and there are events to enjoy whatever the weather. There are a number of annual festivals, plus numerous village fetes, concerts and sporting events. Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills both provide guided walks throughout the year.
