Book your place at Visit Exmoor Networking Event & Leaflet Exchange 2024!

Calling all local tourism businesses!

Visit Exmoor is pleased to announce we will be holding the popular Networking Event & Leaflet Exchange on Wednesday 20th March 2024.

The annual event is an opportunity to meet and make new contacts with other local tourism businesses, learn about the experiences and activities on offer across the area, as well as the events taking place, and of course, pick up a selection of leaflets for your visitors.

See further below for the line-up of exciting guest speakers!

Tea/coffee/refreshments will be available.

Location: Knowle Manor, Dunster, Minehead TA24 6TZ. There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Times: 11:00 – 14:30

We hope you are able to join us.  Everyone is welcome – please kindly register your attendance for planning purposes.  General attendance is free.

Tables for promotion and displaying leaflets are £40 for members and £65 for non-members, which must be set up by the time the event opens at 11am.

This event is always popular, so early booking of promotional space is recommended.

If you can’t make the event and/or only want to distribute a small number of leaflets we can offer to include your leaflets on a shared table for £10, which must be booked in advance*.

If you would like any further information, or are interested in finding out more about the sponsor packages we have for the event, please contact Verity Vigars at membership@visit-exmoor.co.uk.

* For space on the shared table, we will provide details of drop-off points in the days leading up to the event. We will return any unused leaflets to you (from the arranged points) after the event for you to collect so there is no waste.

BUSINESS WORKSHOPS

We expect demand for these workshops to be high and places are limited.  Please register your attendance.
