Westwater Cottage
Westwater cottage sleeps up to 6 persons, and is on the end of the main farmhouse. It has its own private area with garden furniture and barbecue. There is ample off road parking adjacent to the cottage. Water is from our own natural spring.
The cottage has central heating throughout and is very comfortably furnished. The dining room/lounge has a stone fireplace with electric wood burner and colour television.
There is a modern kitchen, which is well equipped including microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker and hob.
Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms, all tastefully furnished in pine with ample storage. There is 1 double with en suite shower room, 1 double and 1 twin, with 1 family bathroom. Bedlinen provided, electricity included. Well-behaved dogs by arrangement. Visitors are requested not to smoke in the cottage.
We are in an ideal location for access to the moorland and various footpaths, yet only 18 miles from the coast.

Road Directions
M5 Jcn 25 head for Minehead (A358); turn left signposted Raleghs Cross, Wheddon Cross and Exford, and follow road to Exford; turn left over bridge (signed Withypool); at T-junction turn left and continue on this road until you see a sign for Withypool on your right; come down through the village and take the road towards Hawkridge; the cottage is 1½ miles from the village on the left.
