Quarme Valley Grange

Quarme Valley Grange is only minutes from the village of Wheddon Cross, the highest village on Exmoor. Situated in the beautiful Quarme Valley, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within the Exmoor National Park.

Once a working farmhouse commonly known as 'Somerset Longhouse', Quarme Valley Grange has been tastefully 'brought back to life' over a period of nine years and restored to a very high standard. Set in four acres of secluded grounds, an ancient woodland that has been surveyed as a County Wildlife Site with an abundanbce of natural flora and fauna, streams and ponds and lots of wildlife at your doorstep. On most days Red Deer can be seen to be grazing on the nearby farmland.

We offer three en-suite rooms with separate show and bath, guests' private lounge, dining room and reading area, plenty of space in which to just relax and unwind. All rooms have tea and coffee facilities, television, telephone and internet access. We have ample parking.

We have been awarded 5 star silver grading by Visit Britain and with that we are very proud of our high standards, which we feel are paramount for the enjoyment of our guests.
