West on A361 for 7 miles to roundabout, north on A396 for 7 miles to mini-roundabout by Exeter Inn. Go into Bampton, through town to T-junction. Turn right, go up hill and turn left onto B3190. After 1 mile turn left for Exebridge, farm is first on left.
