Bridgetown

Bridgetown is a hamlet alongside the River Exe. It includes an old mill, a packhorse bridge and a cricket pitch with a thatched pavilion. A peaceful walk leads along the river to Winsford. There is a village pub and rock faces carved with the dates when the turnpike was cut in the 1820's.
