Winsbere is an attractive private house situated on the edge of Dulverton, set in pretty gardens with a large woodland garden at the rear, where owls can be heard at night and deer occasionally visit at dawn.

Winsbere has 3 guest bedrooms, all tastefully decorated comprising 1 double ensuite which has double aspect windows with uninterrupted views of Pixton Park and surrounding countryside. There is 1 twin ensuite with views of the garden and 1 smaller double room with private bathroom facilities, with views of the gardenand surrounding countryside. Tea/coffee, Free Sat TV’s and Free Wifi in all rooms. Guests have access to rooms at all times.

The Dining room overlooks the garden and full English Breakfast is offered with mostly locally sourced produceor a lighter option if preferred.  Ample parking and lock up garage, 10 minute walk to Town centre facilities, shops and pubs. Cyclists welcome, Nat Cycle Route 3 and main Bus Route passes front gate.

A short drive takes you to Tarr Steps, Wimbleball Lake,  Exmoor and North Devon. National Trust properties, Knightshayes Court and Dunster Castle are nearby with Minehead, Lynton, Lynmouth and Porlock about 40 minutes by car. Waymarked walks from Dulverton take you along the River Barle on to the higher moors.

Dulverton is a small bustling town with a post office, butcher, baker, 3 churches, 4 pubs, teashops and restaurants, heritage centre and lovely shops.The Exmoor National Park Visitor Centre is central.

Winsbere is open for most of the year at reasonable rates and welcome repeat guests year after year.
