As you turn down the 100 yard lane to your warm and welcoming cottage you leave behind the hurly burly of modern life. Our little farm is home to two beautiful self catering, pet-friendly cottages converted from a barn offering a warm welcome and cosy base within Exmoor National Park.

Situated 4 miles from the quaint rural town of Dulverton and 2 miles from Wimbleball Lake. It is the perfect base for walking, cycling, fishing, stargazing, exploring the area or simply relaxing in our grounds and enjoying the beautiful views and sunsets. Brompton Regis is our local village with community run shop and friendly pub.

Idyllic and spacious for the perfect peaceful getaway, a rural retreat for anyone with a love of the great outdoors. The cottages are full of character, original oak beams and wonky walls but immaculately presented with modern facilities including free WiFi. Everything is included for your stay.

Toads Breech sleeps upto 4 people in two spacious bedrooms. Ideal for just one couple who enjoy more space or perfect for two couples or a family.

Buzzards our romantic one bedroom cottage sleeps two in a comfy king-size bed. Spacious open plan layout downstairs.

Both cottages have wood burners with a free supply of logs, complemented by full central heating so you remain cosy no matter what the season. Adjacent parking and both cottages have enclosed gardens.
