Plan Your Trip

Planning your visit to the Coleridge Way

The Coleridge Way can be walked over 4 to 6 days, staying at B&B’s along the way.  In Where to Stay you will find details of accommodation, either on the route or within one mile of it, with links through to their own website where available.  The villages section gives an outline of what you can expect to find in each village you pass through, including toilets, shops and places to eat.  Where to eat gives more details of the pubs and restaurants and how to contact them to book an evening meal (which is advisable as they are often busy, especially at weekends).

Public transport is available but it can be quite limited so we certainly advise planning ahead. There are bus services (check seasonal timetables) and there are various taxi company’s who can help. It is well worth talking to your accommodation providers as some offer luggage transfers for a small fee, delivering your luggage to the next stopover.

If you would like to speak to someone about any aspect of planning your visit you can contact Porlock Visitor Centre or the Exmoor National Park Visitor Centre in Lynmouth
